INTERNSHIPS & FELLOWSHIPS
Kizuna Nikkei Community Internship: Venice-West LA JACL chapter sponsors an intern of this program that provides the opportunity for college students to build networks, professional skills and make an impact in the Japanese American community.
Frances Kitagawa Leadership Development Program: Provides scholarships, internships and supports leadership development programs for young leaders. Programs have provided opportunities for the next generation of leaders to work on both district and chapter projects and develop their leadership skills.
National JACL's Daniel K. Inouye Fellowship & Norman Y. Mineta Fellowship: Provides young professionals opportunity to work in the JACL National office in Washington. D.C. and monitor key legislative initiatives of importance to the JACL mission, and design and implement JACL-sponsored programs.
National JACL's Mark M. Masaoka Congressional Fellowship: Minimum 1-year fellowship in the Washington, D.C. office of a member of the U.S. Senate or U.S. House of Representatives.
